Today I had a spa treatment from Zehen. Zehen is located in The Manor hotel in the friends Colony.
It has been awarded as the most luxurious spa. They offer international spa treatments that are therapeutic, rejuvenating and adopt a holistic approach to wellbeing offering an ideal retreat from the demands of the city. The area is relatively quiet and green which adds to the experience. As soon as you walk through the green garden you start to relax. Zehen an Urdu word for mind used often in a romantic manner or in poetry. As I entered, I was made to sit a cosy study area where you can relax before or after the massage and enjoy a magazine or a newspaper. I was given a refreshing welcome drink which was anaar shikanji.
Inside is a dining area named food for thought, where I enjoyed light, Ayurveda inspired, organic and healthy meal after the massage.
A skincare boutique Neal's yard is also coming up. They would stock and retail skincare products from England. Zehen has international and Ayurvedic massages. They have a wet area, Ayurvedic doctor, who prescribes treatments. The provide authentic Ayurvedic treatment like Kerala done in luxurious set up.
The couple massage is a bit expensive but so romantic and so worth it. It is a perfect gift for your partner. It is followed by a nice lunch in- food for thought.
The ambience here is serene. You will come back totally relaxed. In fact, I dozed off during my massage. They are extremely hygienic, super professional and the service is spot on.
I would rate it as one of the best spa experience in Delhi. I have become a fan of this place. It is a must try
