Mugdha, Dia, Raveena, Kanika, Tabu, Poonam Dhillon for Stardust awards

Mugdha looked very plain jane. She wore Gaviin Miguel gown. It seemed as if she was handed over a gown by the stylist and she wore that and came for the awards. There were no other finishing touches to it except the hair. We certainly like her gown.

Dia’s first red carpet appearance post her wedding was a lil’ lackluster. We liked her Rohit Gandhi + Rahul Khanna sequin maxi. A sleeker version of the same sandals would have worked better. Her outfit needed more finishing touches.

Raveena Tandon chose what we think was a Manish Malhotra floor-length anarkali. Given the rich color tones and the all over gold embroidery, Ms. Tandon should’ve gone easy on the accessories. The big earrings and the dark lips, gold V strap footwear, gold clutch- there is too much happening. Overdoing, is Raveena's forte. 

Singer/socialite Kanika Kapoor attended the Stardust Awards wearing a strapless Falguni and Shane Peacock. Adding a metallic Bottega Veneta clutch in a darker shade, she finished out the sparkly gown with colorful stone jewellery and bold red lips. It was too shimmery, too gaudy for our taste.

Tabu wore a beautiful cream colored jersey anarkali and applique jacket by Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla. Adding color to the cream look was a multi-strand garnet necklace. We think that the multi string could have been avoided.

Poonam Dhillon wore a simple sari and carried a bag that we don't like much.
