The Great Kabab Factory: Review

The great kabab factory presents two fixed packages- vegetarian and non-vegetarian. In both, there are six different types of kababs, which is followed by two types of lentils (dal), two vegetables of the day and one non- vegetarian gravy of the day along with assorted Indian breads and Biryani and raita. For desserts they have two hot and two cold sweets. The entire package is unlimited and they keep getting everything to the table. Apart from the package they also have tandoori jumbo prawns, tandoori pomfret and tandoori tilapia.

For non-vegetarian they had
Lamb Galouti kabab
Lemoni Chooza
Amritsari macchi
Aatishi murg  tikka Kaleji taka tak
Mutton seekh kabab

Main course had dum murg biryani

The choice for vegetarian was
Subz galouti
Narangi paneer tikka
Pudine ki chaat (Aaloo ki chaat- pudina flavor)
Tandoori broccoli
Phalon ki chaat (grilled fruits). It had apple, pineapple and guava
Nadru ki shammi
Dahi ke babab

Main course had subz biryani

We were also served
Bhakar khaani- fennel and cashewnuts flavor
Saffron flavor bread- sirmal
Buttermilk

We met Chef Sanjeev Jaiswal, who explained everything to us patiently and courteously.

Dal makhani
Paneer and yellow dal (dal tadka)

For breads we chose Laccha paratha
Garlic naan. It was awesome flavored- fresh and nice

Everything here is cooked in desi ghee. Except things like Lamb that is made in mustard oil.
It is all heavy stuff here. Very high calorie. But delicious. They can adjust spicy level as per your taste.
The kabab factory is concept that started from Carlson properties.

For desserts we had
Paan ice cream
Gulab jamun
Moong dal halwa
Rice kheer
Kesar kulfi

Fantastic food. Great preparation and service. Absolutely no complaints. If you are a foodie, this place is a heaven for you.
