The festive and wedding season is coming up. It is the right time to indulge in spa and salon treatment and get yourself pampered and rejuvenated. Today we tried Alaya Spa. Let me tell you it is a hidden gem in Delhi. The place is so good- it is classy, immaculate, conveniently located in the heart of south Delhi, extremely nicely done interiors, services are impeccable, staff is so gentle, caring and hospitable, prices are affordable- It is a five star luxury facility at much lesser price. I have come back ecstatic.
We took their signature spa treatment- oil based traditional Tibetan Kunye that was followed by organic almond scrub. I cannot even describe how soft, supple and clean the skin feels. The aroma, the music, the whole experience was uplifting and exhilarating. The skin feels refreshed and revived.
After the organic scrub, I had my exclusive steam followed by a nice shower and finally shampoo and blow drying the hair. I came out completely revitalized.
It is so important to indulge yourself. They offer couple massage rooms and I must tell you they are exotic and super romantic. You MUST try them. Stop planning dinner and movie dates with our partner. The ideal date is a couple massage date. Both of you will be invigorated.
But if your partner is a workaholic, you should plan a date with yourself instead. That can be equally resuscitating.
