The bow pose or Dhanurasana is very beneficial. It
- Strengthens the back and the core.
- Stretches the chest, neck and shoulders.
- Stimulates the reproductive organs.
- Stretches the hip flexors and the quadriceps.
Do not practice if you have high blood pressure, shoulder injury, neck/cervical pain, migraine, hernia, recent abdominal surgery or if you are pregnant.
looks nice ,i have tried it for little time but business made it difficult to keep up the working out in daily routine
