Dhanurasana/ The bow pose


The bow pose or Dhanurasana is very beneficial. It 

  • Strengthens the back and the core. 
  •  Stretches the chest, neck and shoulders.
  • Stimulates the reproductive organs.
  • Stretches the hip flexors and the quadriceps.


Do not practice if you have high blood pressure, shoulder injury, neck/cervical pain, migraine, hernia, recent abdominal surgery or if you are pregnant.
