Stretch the worked out muscles.

After running or biking, the muscles of the lower limbs- i.e quadricapes, hamstrings, hip flexors, calves etc, need to be specially stretched. This helps in relaxing the tired muscles and also preventing the injuries. Here are few useful stretches.





Here is some relaxing aerial yoga. Inversions are always relaxing- both for the mind and the body. It also helps to strengthen the core.
