Balancing

Life is a balance of holding on and letting go, it is balance between rest and movement. Balance is not found. It is created. The key to keeping balance is knowing when you have lost it.
Balance comes in the moments when you stand up for life that you truly want for yourself and make choices that align with that. You are more aligned when you find your balance.
Balance comes from your core. To attain any kind of balance, you have to reach to the core. 
Ultimate happiness comes not from intensity but from balance, harmony and rhythm. We need real moments of solitude and self-reflection to find our balance.
