Taylor Swift took the stage at "Dick Clark's New Year Rockin' Eve 2015 with Ryan Seacrest" in New York city and performed to hit songs "Welcome to New York" and "Shake it off". She wore a shimmery crop top. She also wore a shimmery jacket that she removed later.
We are not rating stage performance outfits. She looked good.
