A three year old slice of cake from Prince William and Duchess's wedding from 2011 was sold for whopping $7500 at Julien's Auctions in Beverly Hills, California. The slice was wrapped in a tin with blank wedding invitation on Queen's stationary. The fruit cake slice was taken from the eight tiered wedding cake crafted by Fiona Cairns and her team. It took five weeks to make it and is said to taste best 13 months later. The cake had initials of Prince and Duchess.
