Foods that you should have everyday to be healthy

In the previous blog post, we told you foods that should be totally avoided. Here is a list of foods that you should have everyday. These will help you to be healthy and fit and give you good nutrients required for the body.

1. Quinoa- It is known a super food because of rich source of protein. It is the only plant food that is complete protein. It is also rich in fibre and healthy fat.


2. Vegetables- Eat lots of variety of vegetables daily- bell peppers, rich green leafy vegetables like spinach, tomatoes, lettuce, kale, etc. 


3. Almonds- Few almonds a day go a long way to keep you healthy and fit.


4. Avocado- They have good fats that improves cholesterol and decreases triglycerides. 

5. Grandma was right when she said an apple a day keeps the doctor away. In fact, many fruits should be had in combination every day.
