This is not a statue but a real man sitting and posing like a statue. I saw many like them.
This is more quieter side of Ibiza more frequented by older people and has more peaceful beaches as compared to party town Ibiza which never sleeps, has very young (read: rowdy) crowd and has topless beaches. There is also another area where rich and famous have there houses with private beaches.
