India by choice

It was the screening of a short film, ‘India by Choice’, by Yasmin Kidwai, which celebrated expatriates who had made India their home. Over cocktails, there was an eclectic evening, peppered with performances, music, stalls and easy conversation.
Dr. Shashi Tharoor, drew on the experiences of straddling several worlds as he conversed with Sam Miller who shared his range of inimitable Indian stories.
There were stalls for food, clothes, jewellery, accessories, art, photography and more by expatriates who had made India their home.
