It is not just women/girls who loose lot of weight in Fitnesolution. This guy became an example/inspiration to so many people. He lost weight very methodically. No crash diets. But yes, lot of dedication to workout and achieve his target goals. He slowly and gradually worked on his endurance, overall fitness, strength and stamina. He even participated in marathon. He was focussed and understood what we were doing. He has been able to maintain it on his own for a long period now.
