As much as I love Bosu, my clients hate it. It is deadly, it is effective and it is challenging. This exercise is not possible on a swiss ball. But you can hold this position on top of Bosu and get Isometric contraction for the abs. Hold this position for 1-2 minutes and see the result for yourself. Your abs will be crying for mercy.
I have never heard of a Bosu before seeing it on your blog! Looks like something else to add to my shopping list. I want flat abs :)
