Exercise for the back

After a long hiatus, I am getting back to the original subject of this blog and that is Fitness. Not that I would not be writing about my daily fashion or Art of Living. You see this blog is me. And everything that is a part of me goes in this blog. Like I said, I party hard, am passionate about dancing, fitness, fashion, family....and many more things. So as and when the mood is, I write what I what to write.


Here is a great exercise to strengthen your back muscles called Erector Spinae. This muscle is made of three muscles- Spinalis, Longisimmus and Iliocostalis. Too technical?

Ok so it is a back muscle, which aches and pains if we do not strengthen it. 

So you lie down prone (on your stomach) on a swiss ball and try to raise your right arm and left leg. Yes, you will have to balance. Do this 20 times and then reverse it- Left arm, Right leg. You are done for the day.
