Hi Kiran, pretty as always :-). That is exactly how I was thought to do a headstand. :-))) I haven't exercised in months and of course I have gained 10-15 pounds (sigh)....
Agnes- This is how you thought or were taught? If this is how you were taught, then where did you learn it from? Who was your teacher? Your pictures do not show 10-15 pounds weight gain. You look so pretty yourself.
