Thera Band exercise- 3

Lie down supine on the mat. Place your foot in the centre of the thera band and hold each end of the band in your either hand. Pull the hands up and stretch the band, Maintaining the tension in the band, slowly lift the leg up and then bring it down. You will be able to increase the range of stretch in the hamstrings if you hold it. Continue to repeat few times to get eefective workout of hip flexor muscles.



From the above position, now lower the knee towards the chest while continuing to pull the two ends of the thera band.



Now take the leg up straight again. Repeat few times. Then do the whole thing on the other leg.
