Bosu- Yoga-Series 16

1. Start from the Triangle pose (described in previous post). Bend the knee which is placed on top of Bosu. Presuming this is your right leg, right hand stays on top of the Bosu by the side of the foot whereas, the left hand comes straight overhead towards the right side. Your left hand, left waist and left leg fall in one straight diagonal line. Feel the stretch in your side of the waist. Look up towards the left hand. Then change and switch the leg and do the same on the other side.



2. From the above position, now you switch and change your hands. If the right foot is on top of Bosu, turn your body such that now left hand comes on Bosu, next to the foot, right hand rotates and goes straight overhead. Look back and up towards the right hand. Then repeat on the other side.



3. From position no 2, bend the right knee ( the one on top of Bosu), place the left hand on top of Bosu by the side of the foot and diagonally take the right hand across the body such that hand down the waist till the left leg all fall in one straight line.
