Bosu core stabilisation exercise- Series 9

1. Sitting on Bosu, Raise up both the legs straight up. Now lower down one leg. Turn and touch opposite hand to the leg which is straight up and high. The Other hand goes back and behind you. Continue to alternate and switch the hands and legs.



2. Lie down straight on your back (supine) on Bosu. Extend your arms overhead straight, head up lifted, legs straight up parallel to the floor. Now slowly bend one knee 90 degree and start cycling with your legs. Keep one leg straight and other bent, Continue to alternate.
